Just a quickie, will be a longer epistle later to you sometime, but once again thank you so much for a wonderful day. You are a real inspiration in charcoal – now my most favouritist colour!! You have actually changed my life, you know I hated shopping, it was too time consuming what with running a business but no more, you’re an inspiration to others. I love knowing exactly what I need for my wardrobe.

You will be pleased to hear that all the clothes (and I love them all) are hanging up in the wardrobes on their new hangers!
When I got home I saw the black/grey/white patterned dress that you kept mentioning that I could not remember……. that definitely was a reminder to myself that I had far too many clothes in my wardrobe before!

Thank you for all the notes which I now have printed off and will tape to the inside of my wardrobe so that I know exactly what I should wear with what!!

I will keep you posted with what I am wearing so that you know that I have not slipped back into my old ways!

I would definitely like to do a summer clothes shopping day next year as I could do with some help on that front and I do not really have many summer clothes at all.

I have already recommended you to one friend in London who is thinking that she needs some restyling and I would definitely not hesitate to recommend you to anyone that I can.

Thank you so much for Thursday- it was actually the best Christmas present I have ever received- I haven’t stopped going on about it to everyone I have met since then! It’s actually made me completely re-think how I look at clothes and I definately am not going to shop impulsively again…….

I don’t have many clothes, and I wear a lot of hand me downs and charity shop buys. I would like to know I will have an outfit for every event, and that even on the school run I will feel comfortable but smart………..simply an amazing time spent with you. It was lovely to meet you.  Thanking you for coming all the way over to see me and going through my mountains of clothes.  I don’t think I really realised how many I had.  Anyway I won’t be needing to buy anymore for a while.
 
I will be discarding the bags this weekend – after your advice I have been adding even more to the pile.  My friend has taken a few items, which is really nice and the rest to the charity shop.
 
My friend who I bought the voucher for is now very excited and will be booking an appointment with you, if she hasn’t done already.

I had an excellent day out in London with Michelle. 

I was really pleased with what Michelle had chosen for me. I would never have picked out the colours that were chosen. It’s great because I have so many co-ordinated outfits in my wardrobe now. Rather than just shopping in one boutique, we visited several shops in London.

I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.

I enjoyed a Wardrobe Makeover experience as well as a Style Shopper session with Michelle. I am only used to wearing the same style of clothes (jeans and slobby clothes) used to only shopping in the same shops, Michelle made me focused for the future. It’s great as I am able to utilise my outfits a lot better without spending a lot more money. I now have a better understanding of style. My Style Shopper session was a day to remember and the proud owner of clothes that I can dress up or dress down that show off my best assets.

Working full time I don’t have many opportunities to spend the day shopping and thanks to you Michelle, I now realise I don’t have to be a size ’0′ to look fantastic. Thank you so much for the evening shopping trip at Bluewater where you advised me on buying 2 new suits for starting my new job the following week. You gave me great advice showing me different colour combinations of shirts and ties. The suits you chose, I would not have selected myself, but now feel very confident in wearing them and I am already making an impression at work!

Low self esteem, no confidence that was me, my husband treated me with the most memorable day of my life. The last time I visited London was with my parents when I was a child! I met Michelle and it wasn’t long before I was trying on numerous clothes. A shop I wouldn’t normally go into for fear of feeling too old!! But hey, did I come out with loads to flatter my body. A smile on my face, the next shop wasn’t too far away and again Michelle was using her expertise on what would look right for me.
Yes, I am wearing skirts again! I now have a full wardrobe of new clothes to excite me. Thanks Michelle for guiding me through my day.
